FAQ
It's a community and event built for merchant-side fraud professionals. The goal is to bring together senior decision-makers to discuss fraud prevention, with a format designed around merchants rather than a typical trade-show experience.
October 6–7, 2026, at Convene Willis Tower, in The Loop neighborhood of Chicago (USA).
Primarily senior operators: VP Fraud Strategy, Head of Fraud Prevention, VP Trust & Safety, Senior Director Fraud Prevention/Chargebacks, Director Fraud & Payments, Risk Strategy Lead, as well as specialist roles (fraud specialists, chargeback analysts, trust ops managers, etc.).
The program includes things like the VAMP program, card-not-present (CNP) fraud and chargebacks, account takeover (ATO), AI-driven attack methods, first-party fraud ("good customers" abusing policies), refund fraud, buyer/seller collusion on marketplaces, loyalty program fraud, and career/leadership topics for fraud teams. There's also a Startup PitchFest and a session on actionable dark web intelligence.
